Our BEE Policy
Skills Development
Soft Touch Trading does transfer skills to previously disadvantaged individuals through on the job training programmes. We conduct Train-the-trainer workshops which enhance up-skilling and multi-skilling to individuals who go through such programmes. We also do coaching and mentoring to inspire our staff to reach their full potential.

Social Responsibility
We create community awareness on Skills Development Strategy by conducting workshops and addressing different community forums. We also invite community leaders and other individual to attend most of our workshops which we conduct for our clients.
