Terms and Conditions:

Ø       This promotion is open to all residents aged 18 years or over of South Africa only.

Ø       The promotion starts on 1 July 2009 and ends on 30 August 2009 inclusive.

Ø       Minimum Class size 5 persons, Maximum Class size 12 persons

Ø       Booking and full payment is required 7 days prior to course commencement.

Ø       DVD player will be given to course participant after completion of the course.

Ø       The offer is only valid to training taking place at STT training facilities.

Ø       Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry.

Ø       Offer strictly non-transferable. DVD player cannot be exchanged for cash.

Ø       STT cannot be responsible for the loss, damage or theft following the dispatch of the DVD player to a course participant.

Ø       STT reserves the right to cancel this offer at any stage in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond its control.

Ø       STT’s decision is binding and final on all matters in relation to this promotion.

Ø       Any personal data supplied to STT in connection with this promotion will only be used for the purposes of this promotion.

Ø       These terms and conditions are governed by South African law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
