Affectionately known as Ruby, Mrs Gangiah is a passionate and energetic individual with over decades of work experience in a diverse spectrum of the services market, with qualifications in Nursing, Interior Decorating, Beauty Advisor, Image and Deportment, Tourist Guide, ETDP accredited Assessor, Moderator, Skills Development Facilitator and Grading Council Assessor.

Her training experience covers Beauty advisor trainer, Beauty advisor mentor and coach, SA Host Leader, Financial Selling Skills (FSS), FSS Trainer and Coach Support, Assessor Trainer (ASSMT01) and Moderator Trainer (ASSMT02) in addition Ruby is also accredited TEP facilitator for the Tourism Awareness and Exhibition training.

In addition Ruby has served on; the Gauteng chapter of SATSA, Guides SA, and is the vice chair of the Tshwane Tourism Association and was recently nominated to Theta as a member to the SGB for Tourist Guiding. She has further accolades far too many to mention.
