Skills Development Facilitation
The Skills Development and Skills Levy Act require that organisations appoint skills development facilitator (SDF), complete workplace skills plans and submit annual training reports
Get a refund of your Skills Development Levy. Every month you are paying 1% of your salary bill into the skills development fund. Using a registered Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) will ensure that your training programme is in place, entitling you to claim a significant portion of the levy back. Do a training needs analysis using Unit Standards linked to job roles

Develop and submit the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP)

Advise on and monitor implementation of the WSP including training delivery, assessment and quality assurance

Compile reports on implementation of the WSP (Implementation and annual training reports)

Investigate and manage the implementation of Learnerships

Contribute and assist where necessary in terms of Unit Standards, assessments, recognition of prior learning and moderation
